Welcome to the Mogul Ski Club booking system. This online program allows you to view up to date room availability, and confirm your bookings instantly. Once your payment has been processed you will receive your booking confirmation. The bookings officer will then forward any additional information including balance payment details via email.
A few important points to note:
- Bookings are open for financial members only. Please ensure your membership is paid prior to making a booking. Bookings made by non-financial members will not be processed.
- When making a booking, you are required to indicate both the number of members or guests attending, and select a room preference. Every effort will be made to give you your preferred room, however there may be circumstances where changes in room allocation is required. Please check the notice board at the Lodge on your arrival for any alterations.
- Child rates apply up to and including 18 years of age, as well as Members registered dependent children. Please indicate the age of each child attending, and the meal required: child meal, large child meal, or adult meal. An additional fee of $10 applies to children requesting adult meals (only available to children aged 16 and older), to be calculated by the bookings officer.
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. This can be made online by direct debit or credit card via Paypal. Where your accommodation credit is to be used, the bookings officer will calculate and advise the outstanding balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrival. Any overpayment will be refunded as soon as possible.
